The purchase price for the fully customized version varies depending on the size or your organization and how much customization will be required. Past installations have ranged from $3000 to $4000. Here are some rough guidelines:

Small non-profit rehabilitation center - $3200
Small zoo or aquarium - $4500
Large zoo or aquarium - $6500
RaptorMed LITE - Only $1000 (see below)

Complete customization including reports and other organization-specific functions. There is a relatively lengthy interview process that I use in order to determine exactly what your needs are.
Existing legacy data is preloaded into the system.
Training via Zoom/Teamviewer. I usually try to do one-hour sessions weekly or every other week as needed.

One-year free support via phone and email
One-year free updates for bug fixes and enhancements

Support contract: $1100 per year

RAPTORMED LITE

RaptorMed LITE was designed for smaller centers that don't need the same level of customization that is available in the full version. The LITE version is fully functional but comes at a fraction of the cost.
